Michael saved my life. He was the only person I could find in the area who could do tech support over the phone for DigiGate. If you're unaware, Stupid PTI (The company that sells DigiGate) has stopped selling it and thus cut off support for it, entirely. So when my entire system controller stopped working because I MOVED MY DESK, 😓 it was a nightmare to find anyone who could help me figure things out. I finally found Michael's number on the PTI website, as a "PTI Partner" and out of seven different entries on there, he was the only one who could work on DigiGate without coming out, AND had a working phone number. He was extremely patient, walking me through the troubleshooting (while I was having to deal with customers) and helped me figure out the problem through deductive reasoning. I will be keeping this number on file for any future gate needs. 👍👍

Where do I begin to give praise to this wonderful company. I've worked with subcontractors, suppliers, etc. for over 40 years and there are a few I would give over 5 stars. This company definitely deserves that. They are kind, considerate, honest and always respond to my emails, texts, phone calls timely no matter if it's during the week or weekends. They are the type of business that when you need them to work on your access gate, they respond right away. They will let you know exactly when they can help, if they cannot immediately. That makes a huge difference. You can depend on what they say and their work is perfect. I've never had to call them back on anything that has been fixed or replaced. No, they aren't my relatives. They are the type of business with which you want a good, long relationship.
