Very good people and I rate a 8 stars and good quality

Michael saved my life. He was the only person I could find in the area who could do tech support over the phone for DigiGate. If you're unaware, Stupid PTI (The company that sells DigiGate) has stopped selling it and thus cut off support for it, entirely. So when my entire system controller stopped working because I MOVED MY DESK, 😓 it was a nightmare to find anyone who could help me figure things out. I finally found Michael's number on the PTI website, as a "PTI Partner" and out of seven different entries on there, he was the only one who could work on DigiGate without coming out, AND had a working phone number. He was extremely patient, walking me through the troubleshooting (while I was having to deal with customers) and helped me figure out the problem through deductive reasoning. I will be keeping this number on file for any future gate needs. 👍👍

Site security has been my go-to anytime I've had issues with my DoorKing gate system. They are prompt, always on-time and their work is always the highest caliber. Mike Lorino's incredibly knowledgeable and many times has just walked me through fixing simple things on the phone at no charge. Very nice people to work with!

Site Security installed an automatic gate opener, remote access control, video cameras and monitoring for a small public garden in Concord , NC. Tera and Mike Lorino were easy to work with and very professional. They have responded promptly when we have had questions or needed someone to come to the site.
